The invention discloses a mechanical arm used for a flying robot and the flying robot. The mechanical arm comprises a connection assembly, upper arm connection rods, lower arm connection rods, an upper arm steering engine, a lower arm steering engine and a clamping jaw assembly; one end of each upper arm connection rod is hinged to the connection assembly; one end of each lower arm connection rod is hinged to the other end of one corresponding upper arm connection rod; the upper arm steering engine is used for driving the upper arm connection rods to swing; the lower arm steering engine is used for driving the lower arm connection rods to swing relative to the upper arm connection rods; the clamping jaw assembly is installed at the other ends of the lower arm connection rods, and is used for grabbing targets; and the lower arm steering engine drives the lower arm connection rods to move through a connection rod assembly. By means of the mechanical arm, the problem that due to limited motion ranges of existing flying mechanical arms, clamping jaw assemblies cannot conduct work upwards effectively is solved, the mechanical arm has the characters of more flexible work and a wider work range, the overall weight of the mechanical arm can be effectively reduced, and thus the overall load of the flying robot is reduced; and the mechanical-arm-carried flying robot can achieve 360-degree motion of a large spatial range and flexible work operation, and the problem of heavy structures of existing dual-arm flying robots is solved.

    本发明公开了一种用于飞行机器人的机械臂及飞行机器人,其中机械臂包括连接组件;上臂连杆,一端与连接组件铰接;下臂连杆,一端与上臂连杆另一端铰接;上臂舵机,用于驱动上臂连杆摆动;下臂舵机,用于驱动下臂连杆相对上臂连杆摆动;夹爪组件,安装在下臂连杆另一端上,用于抓取目标;下臂舵机通过连杆组件驱动下臂连杆运动;该机械臂解决了现有飞行机械臂运动范围有限而导致夹爪组件不能有效向上进行作业问题,具有作业更灵活、作业范围更广的特点,可有效减少机械臂整体重量,进而减少飞行机器人的整体负载;搭载该机械臂的飞行机器人,可以实现大空间范围的360°运动和灵活作业操作,并解决了现有双臂飞行机器人存在的结构笨重问题。
