The invention relates to the technical field of industrial building monitoring, and particularly relates to a crane beam track center distance monitoring device and a monitoring method. The crane beam track center distance monitoring device comprises a transmitting device arranged on a crown block, wherein longitudinal laser transmitting probes are arranged at the first end and the second end of the transmitting device; and a first transverse laser transmitting probe is arranged on the first side of the transmitting device. According to the crane beam track center distance monitoring device, the transmitting device can measure the distance from the transmitting device to tracks on two sides, the track center distance is the sum of the distance between the two longitudinal laser transmitting probes on the transmitting device and the thickness of a track web, and the transmitting device moves on the tracks along with the crown block to monitor the track center distance in real time; and B represents the distance between the crown block and a cross beam, namely the real-time position of the crown block. The crane beam track center distance monitoring device can record the position, required to be overhauled, of the tracks while monitoring the center distance and has higher practicability.

    本发明涉及工业建筑监测技术领域,具体地涉及一种吊车梁轨道中心距监测设备和监测方法。一种吊车梁轨道中心距监测设备,包括设置在天车上的发射装置,所述发射装置的第一端和第二端均设置有纵向激光发射探头,所述发射装置的第一侧设置有第一横向激光发射探头。本发明所述吊车梁轨道中心距监测设备,发射装置可以测量发射装置到两侧轨道的距离,轨道中心距即为L、R、发射装置上两个纵向激光发射探头之间的距离和轨道腹板厚度之和,发射装置随着天车在轨道上移动,实时监测轨道中心距;B代表天车与横梁的距离,即代表天车实时位置。本发明所述的吊车梁轨道中心距监测设备可以在监测中心距的同时记录轨道需检修的位置,具有较高的实用性。
