A steel wire rope of a winch extends into a mining vertical shaft to fix a cage, a cylinder is fixed in the mining vertical shaft, a middle connecting block of an additional sliding frame is fixed between the steel wire rope and the cage, a support plate is in a T-shaped plate shape, shaft holes are formed at the three ends of the support plate, and wheel shafts are fixed to rollers and rotationally installed among the three sets of shaft holes. Two groups of shaft holes at the middle and the lower portion are provided with first teeth, the wheel shafts of the corresponding rollers are provided with second teeth, arc-shaped spring pieces support the centers of the outer ends of the wheel shafts for positioning, the cylinder is sleeved with a locking connecting cylinder, and the locking connecting cylinder and the additional sliding frame are fixed through a connecting beam. An annular electromagnet is powered by an external power source, and connecting wires are arranged and fixed along the steel wire rope. An annular iron sheet is magnetically attracted to the annular electromagnet, a pressure spring is supported between a cylinder bottom shell and the annular iron sheet, and a locking block is placed on the annular iron sheet. The steel wire rope breakage protection function is added, the structure is simple, and safety is improved.
