The invention discloses a buffering steering gear box for a vehicle, and particularly relates to the field of vehicle accessories, the buffering steering gear box comprises a steering gear box connecting shaft, an adjusting sleeve and a steering wheel shaft, one end of the steering gear box connecting shaft is sleeved with the adjusting sleeve, the steering wheel shaft is embedded into one end of the adjusting sleeve, and a buffering sliding groove is formed in the upper surface of one end of the adjusting sleeve. The steering wheel connecting shaft and the steering wheel shaft are inserted into the two ends of the adjusting sleeve correspondingly, and the height adjustment of the steering wheel shaft and the fixing disc, namely height adjustment of a steering wheel, is achieved by selecting different mounting screw holes; so the adjusted height of the steering wheel shaft is adapted, when collision occurs, due to the fact that a limiting bolt can slide in the buffering sliding groove, the steering wheel shaft slides inwards, the pressure borne by the buffering spring is increased, buffering is formed, and when the limiting bolt slides to the other end of the buffering sliding groove, overall buffering is finished, the structure is reasonable, and a certain buffering function is achieved; and the safety of the whole device can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开一种车辆用缓冲方向机,具体涉及车辆配件领域,包括方向机连接轴、调节套筒和方向盘轴,所述方向机连接轴的一端套设有调节套筒,所述调节套筒的一端嵌入设置有方向盘轴,所述调节套筒一端的上表面开设有缓冲滑槽。本发明通过方向机连接轴和方向盘轴分别插在调节套筒的两端,通过选择不同的安装螺孔来实现方向盘轴与固定盘的高度调节即方向盘的高度调节;以此适配方向盘轴调节的高度,当撞击出现时,由于限位螺栓会在缓冲滑槽滑动,方向盘轴向内滑动,缓冲弹簧受压增大,形成缓冲,限位螺栓滑动至缓冲滑槽另一端时,整体缓冲结束,结构较为合理,具备一定的缓冲功能,能够较为有效的提高了整个装置的安全性。
