The invention discloses a novel power transmission structure suitable for an all-terrain kart. The novel power transmission structure comprises a first chain wheel supporting frame, a supporting frame upper bearing seat is arranged on the upper portion of the first chain wheel supporting frame, a supporting frame lower bearing seat is arranged on the lower portion of the first chain wheel supporting frame, and an engine tail end output shaft of an engine is connected into the supporting frame upper bearing seat through a coupling and a bearing which are matched with each other. A chain wheel and chain mechanism I is additionally arranged on an output shaft at the tail end of the engine, and a chain wheel of the chain wheel and chain mechanism I is additionally arranged on a chain wheel bearing seat. Compared with the prior art, the novel power transmission structure has the advantages that the overall structure is simple and practical, power output by the engine is efficiently transmitted to a rear drive axle, a vehicle can better adapt to running on cross-country roads, the engine can be installed on the vehicle frame and separated from the drive axle, unsprung mass is reduced, the comfort of a driver and passengers is improved, the power transmission efficiency of the kart is greatly improved, a large amount of cost input in the early stage and the maintenance cost in the later stage are reduced, the applicability is good, and the popularization is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种适用于全地形卡丁车的新型动力传输结构,包括链轮支撑架一,链轮支撑架一上部设有支撑架上轴承座,下部设有支撑架下轴承座,支撑架上轴承座内通过适配的联轴器及轴承连接有发动机的发动机末端输出轴,发动机末端输出轴上加装有链轮及链条机构一,链轮及链条机构一的链轮加装在链轮轴承座。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:整体结构简单实用,将发动机输出的动力高效的传递至后驱动桥,使车辆能更好的适应越野路面的行驶,还可将发动机安装在车架上与驱动桥分开,减小了簧下质量,提高了驾乘人员的舒适性,大大提高了卡丁车的动力传输效率,降低了前期大量成本投入和后期维护成本,适用性好,便于推广。
