    本发明公开了一种液压缸吊装夹具,其结构包括液压缸、支撑板、位移板、装夹装置,液压缸输出端采用间隙匹配合贯穿于支撑板中端内部,液压缸输出端与位移板中部相焊接,连动杆在进行连动偏移的过程中,与夹杆之间上端的角度缩小,使得伸缩软管进行收缩,内部的气压发生改变,这时将气压挤入导气管内部,接着从喷嘴内部进行喷出,将红砖表面残留的砂粒进行吹除,确保夹片机构将红砖进行平稳的夹起,通过铰接片与转杆之间的配合从而使得清理夹片平稳的移动,通过扭力轴的铰接从而能够带动刮板角度进行偏移,这时刮板能够将粘附性较强的砂粒从红砖的侧面进行刮除,刮板角度偏移后,三个顶杆对红砖表面进行抵触,避免红砖从两侧的夹板中发生滑落。
