The invention discloses an overwater floating pavilion adapting to lake water level change, which comprises a landscape pavilion body, and further comprises a floating box device with a steel base at the upper part, and a plurality of groups of lifting mechanisms capable of lifting up and down, the upper end part of each group of lifting mechanism is connected with the floating box device, and the lower end part of each group of lifting mechanism is connected with the landscape pavilion body; the lifting mechanism comprises a positioning column used for being inserted into a water bottom soil body, and the landscape pavilion body is built on the steel base. The landscape pavilion body is built on the floating box device, the landscape pavilion body is lifted and changed along with the floating box device and the water level, the landscape pavilion body is positioned through the lifting mechanism, the landscape pavilion can meet the basic functions of resting and viewing, and the landscape pavilion floating on water enhances the viewing interestingness; and new possibility and new experience of rest and entertainment are realized.
