The invention discloses a range extender assembly and a vehicle. The range extender assembly comprises an engine part and a motor part connected with the engine part. The engine part includes: an engine block; and a crankshaft arranged in the engine cylinder body. The motor part comprises a rotor assembly connected with one end of the crankshaft, wherein a flywheel is arranged at the end, close to the crankshaft, of the rotor assembly, and crankshaft position marks are arranged on the periphery of the flywheel; and a stator assembly arranged on the periphery of the rotor assembly and connected with the engine cylinder body, wherein a crankshaft position signal sensor used for reading crankshaft position marks is arranged on the stator assembly. A flywheel of the engine part is omitted, the flywheel is integrated at the end, close to the crankshaft, of the rotor assembly, the flywheel is arranged close to the engine, bending stress caused by the mass of the flywheel is reduced, the bearing load of a main shaft of the engine part is reduced, crankshaft position marks are arranged on the periphery of the flywheel, and the crankshaft position marks can be read conveniently; the motor part applies compensation torque according to the crankshaft position, and the output torque fluctuation of the engine part is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种增程器总成及车辆。增程器总成包括发动机部及与发动机部连接的电机部;发动机部包括:发动机缸体;曲轴,设于发动机缸体内;电机部包括:转子组件,与曲轴的一端连接,转子组件靠近曲轴的一端设置有飞轮,飞轮的外周设置有曲轴位置标记;定子组件,设于转子组件外周,并与发动机缸体连接,定子组件上设有用于读取曲轴位置标记的曲轴位置信号传感器。本发明取消了发动机部的飞轮,将飞轮集成在转子组件上靠近曲轴的一端,使飞轮靠近发动机布置,降低飞轮质量带来的弯曲应力,减小发动机部主轴的承载载荷,飞轮的外周设置曲轴位置标记,便于读取曲轴位置标记,使电机部根据曲轴位置来施加补偿扭矩,减小发动机部的输出扭矩波动。
