The invention relates to a power supply charging device capable of adjusting voltage and current in a wide range. The power supply charging device comprises a rectification filter circuit, a DC-DC conversion circuit, a filter circuit, a voltage and current sampling circuit, a feedback amplification circuit, a switch control circuit, a master control MCU chip and an independent power supply circuit, wherein an output end of the rectification filter circuit is connected with an input end of the DC-DC conversion circuit, and an output end of the DC-DC conversion circuit is connected with an input end of the filter circuit; an output end of the filter circuit is connected with an input end of the voltage and current sampling circuit, an output end of the voltage and current sampling circuit is connected with a sampling input end of the feedback amplification circuit, an output end of the feedback amplification circuit is connected with an input end of the switch control circuit, and an output end of the switch control circuit is connected with a control end of the DC-DC conversion circuit; an output end of the independent power supply circuit is connected with a power end of the switch control circuit; and a PWM input end of the feedback amplification circuit is connected with the master control MCU chip. According to the power supply charging device, different voltage or current outputs can be configured so as to adapt to batteries of various models.
