The invention discloses an assembly deviation adjusting method for a shore crane machine room. The method comprises the following steps that 1) a jacking device is placed below the machine room, and an adjusting device is installed on an upper cross beam; 2) an adjusting limiting device is installed at the staggered position between a rear cross beam rib plate and a machine room support; 3) the jacking device jacks the machine room, so that the land side of the machine room is separated from the machine room support and a rear cross beam; (4) the adjusting device moves and adjusts the machine room; and 5) after the machine room is adjusted in a staggered mode, the jacking device is released to assemble the machine room in place. According to the safe and beneficial principle, the method for adjusting the shore crane machine room in a short time without using large hoisting equipment is provided.

    本发明公开了一种岸边起重机机器房的装配偏差调整方法,包括以下步骤:1)在机器房的下方摆放顶升装置,在上横梁上安装调整装置;2)在后大梁筋板与机器房支座间错位的位置安装调整限位;3)所述顶升装置顶升所述机器房,使所述机器房的陆侧与所述机器房支座、所述后大梁分离;4)所述调整装置将所述机器房进行移动调整;5)待错位调整后再释放所述顶升装置将所述机器房装配到位。本发明安全、效益的原则提供一种不使用大型吊装设备、短时间内调整岸边起重机机器房的方法。
