The invention relates to a large-displacement pulley constant-force hanging bracket which comprises a top plate, a shell, a pipe clamp, a balancing weight and a connecting rope. A first pulley and a second pulley are fixedly arranged on the top plate, one end of the connecting rope is connected to the top plate, the other end of the connecting rope sequentially penetrates through the first pulley and the second pulley and then is connected with the balancing weight, and the part of the connecting rope between the top plate and the first pulley is connected with the pipe clamp. According to the large-displacement pulley constant-force hanging bracket, no spring is used, the structure is changed, friction force is reduced, precision is improved, and the complexity of a system is reduced. Compared with a small-sized spring box, the failure rate is reduced, and the bracket is more durable and easy to maintain.

    本发明涉及一种大位移滑轮恒力吊架,具有顶板、壳体、管夹、配重块、连接绳,顶板固定设有第一滑轮、第二滑轮,连接绳的一端连接于顶板,连接绳的另一端依次穿设过第一滑轮、第二滑轮后与配重块连接,连接绳位于顶板和第一滑轮之间的部分连接管夹。本发明提供的大位移滑轮恒力吊架不使用弹簧,改变了结构既减小了摩擦力,提高精密度,又降低了系统复杂程度。相比于小型的弹簧箱,降低故障率,并且更加耐用,易于维护。
