The invention discloses a ship assembling method, which provides a lower-layer ship body, a ship springboard and a plurality of upper-layer ship body sections, and comprises the following steps: S100, moving the ship springboard to an assembling area; S200, assembling and welding the two sides and the upper side of the ship springboard sequentially with upper-layer ship body sections, wherein the ship springboard and all the upper-layer ship body sections form an upper-layer ship body block; and S300, hoisting the upper-layer ship body to the lower-layer ship body. In the assembling area, the multiple upper-layer ship body sections are installed with the ship springboard as the standard, and the positioning difficulty between the ship springboard and all the upper-layer ship body sections can be lowered; the ship springboard and the upper-layer ship body are sectionally fixed to form the upper-layer ship body block, so that the hoisting workload can be reduced, the assembly difficulty can be reduced, the assembly efficiency can be improved, the contact between the ship springboard and the lower-layer ship body deck during ship assembly can be reduced, the deformation of the lower-layer ship body deck can be avoided, and the ship quality can be improved.

    本发明公开一种船舶组装方法,提供下层船体、船跳板和多个上层船体分段,包括以下步骤:步骤S100、将船跳板移动至组装区域;步骤S200、在船跳板的两侧和上侧依次组装并焊接上层船体分段,船跳板和全部的上层船体分段形成上层船体总段;步骤S300、将上层船体总段吊装至下层船体上。在组装区域中,以船跳板为基准分别对多个上层船体分段进行安装,可以降低船跳板和各部分上层船体分段之间的定位难度;将船跳板和上层船体分段固定形成上层船体总段,不仅可以降低吊装作业量,降低组装难度,提高组装效率,还能够减少船舶组装期间船跳板和下层船体甲板的接触,避免下层船体甲板的变形,提高船舶的质量。
