The invention relates to a lithium ion battery transfer device capable of preventing collision damage. Thetransfer device comprises a placing plate, a baffle and a handrail, wherein one end of the placing plate is connected with the handrail, and the other end of the placing plate is connected with the baffle through a damping spring; the side, connected with the damping spring, of the baffle is further connected with a connecting column, and the end, away from the baffle, of the connecting column is connected with a push rod; a sliding groove is formed in the end, connected with the damping spring, of the containing plate; the push rod is located in the sliding groove and connected with the sliding groove through the damping spring; a pair of protruding claws which are symmetrically arranged and extend towards the connecting column is arranged at an opening of the sliding groove, and an air bag is arranged at the top end of each protruding claw; a protruding area composed of a plurality of protruding blocks is arranged on the outer side of the connecting column; and the protruding area is located on the side, close to the baffle, of the connecting column. Compared with the prior art, the device is provided with the sliding groove, the damping spring and the push rod, the push rod pushes the damping spring to be compressed, and the damping spring decomposes external force, so that the phenomenon that lithium ion batteries above the containing plate are damaged due to collision is avoided.
