A battery quick-replacement system comprises a mobile robot, a first battery locking mechanism and a battery pack, wherein the first battery locking mechanism and the battery pack are connected to the mobile robot; the first battery locking mechanism comprises a mounting base, a movable column, a locking block, a return elastic piece and a fluid driver, wherein the mounting base is provided with a movable hole, one end of the movable column is mounted in the movable hole, the other end of the movable column is connected with the locking block, and the return elastic piece is connected between the mounting base and the movable column; the locking block comprises a locking position and an unlocking position; the fluid driver is used for injecting fluid into the movable hole to drive the locking block to move from the locking position to the unlocking position; and the return elastic piece can drive the locking block to move from the unlocking position to the locking position through elastic force. The battery pack is provided with a first locking hole; when the locking block is located at the unlocking position, the locking block can penetrate through the first locking hole; and when the locking block is located at the locking position, the battery pack is fixed to the mobile robot through the locking block. The battery quick-replacement system can realize quick replacement, thereby reducing the charging time occupancy and increasing the effective load ratio.

    一种电池快换系统,包括移动机器人以及连接在移动机器人上的第一电池锁紧机构和电池包,第一电池锁紧机构包括安装座、活动柱、锁紧块、回位弹性件和流体驱动器,安装座设有活动孔,活动柱的一端安装在活动孔中,活动柱的另一端与锁紧块连接,回位弹性件连接于安装座与活动柱之间,锁紧块包括锁固位和解锁位,流体驱动器用于向活动孔注入流体驱使锁紧块从锁固位移动至解锁位,回位弹性件依靠弹力可驱使锁紧块从解锁位移动至锁固位,电池包设有第一锁固孔,当锁紧块处于解锁位时,锁紧块能穿过第一锁固孔,当锁紧块处于锁固位时,锁紧块将电池包固定在移动机器人上。本发明的电池快换系统能实现快速更换,减少充电时间占用,增加有效荷载比。
