The invention discloses a plate stamping optimization method. The plate stamping optimization method comprises the following steps that S1, plates capable of generating large-size blanking in the stamping process are selected as large material pieces; S2, a plurality of target parts are selected from a vehicle part library to serve as small material pieces according to the blanking size and materials; S3, an arrangement scheme of the small material pieces on the blanking is formulated, and the multiple small material pieces do not interfere with one another; and S4, the plates are stamped according to the formulated arrangement scheme. According to the method, the material utilization rate can be improved, waste is reduced, and the production and manufacturing cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种板材冲压优化方法,其包括如下步骤:S1,选取冲压过程中能够产生大尺寸落料的板材作为大件料片;S2,根据落料的尺寸和材料在车用零件库中选取多个目标零件作为小件料片;S3,制定小件料片在落料上的排布方案,多个小件料片之间互不干涉;S4,根据制定的排布方案对板材进行冲压。其能够提升材料利用率,减少废料,降低生产制造成本。
