The invention relates to the technical field of precise installation of aircraft joint parts, in particular to an aircraft wing body joint part machining allowance calculation method, which comprises the following steps: measuring wing body butt joint key feature points by measuring equipment to obtain measurement data; performing spatial fitting on the key features according to the measurement data; butting and fitting fuselage wings; and judging whether the machine body front joint needs to be repaired after butt joint, if so, calculating the machining allowance of the front joint, finishing after polishing, and if not, directly finishing. Through the method, the problems of high labor intensity, low working efficiency and low mounting precision can be effectively solved.
