The invention provides a crawler vehicle driving wheel rubber ring press-fitting device and method. The press-fitting device comprises a pressure plate welding assembly and a positioning pin, wherein the pressure plate welding assembly is formed by connecting a pressure plate and a positioning block, the positioning block is connected in a bottom groove of the pressure plate, and scale marks are machined on the surface of the positioning block. The press-fitting device can solve the problems that an existing press-fitting device is free of positioning, rubber rings are prone to being damaged, labor intensity is high, and operation is difficult, effectively improves production and working efficiency, improves press-fitting quality and reduces cost. By means of the device and the press-fitting method, the press-fitting angle of the driving wheel rubber ring can be rapidly positioned, and press-fitting of the driving wheel rubber ring is completed. According to the device, the position relation among the driving wheel rubber ring press-fitting device, the driving wheel and the driving wheel rubber ring is fixed, wherein a positioning point and a mistake-proofing device are adopted, and therefore the quick, effective and firm press-fitting effect is achieved, and the device has the advantages of being long in service life and good in durability; the whole device is simple to manufacture due to light-weight design; the operation is simple; and the structure is simple in modification and has high matching degree.

    本发明提出一种履带车辆主动轮胶圈压装装置及其方法,该压装装置包括压盘焊接总成和定位销;其中,压盘焊接总成由压盘和定位块连接而成,定位块连接于压盘的底部凹槽内,定位块表面加工有刻度线。本发明能够改变以往压装装置无定位、胶圈易损坏、劳动强度高、作业困难等问题,有效提高生产、工作效率,提高压装质量,降低成本。应用本装置及压装方法可以快速定位主动轮胶圈压装角度,完成主动轮胶圈压装。本装置固定主动轮胶圈压装装置、主动轮、主动轮胶圈之间的位置关系,采用定位点及防错装置,从而起到快速、有效、牢固的压装效果,具有高使用寿命、耐用性好;轻量化设计,整体装置制造简单;操作简单;易改制、匹配度高等优点。
