本发明公开了一种齿条助力式线控转向系统及其控制方法,该转向系统包括方向盘(7)、转向管柱(6)、转向器(2)、横拉杆(1)和安装在转向器(2)上的转向助力装置;转向助力装置(3)包括转向助力装置壳体、转向助力电机(301)、控制器(305)、设置在转向助力装置壳体内的转向助力传动机构、转向助力齿轮轴(310)以及设置在转向助力齿轮轴(310)外侧的转角传感器(307);转向助力装置壳体与转向器壳体(201)固定,转向助力齿轮轴(310)与转向器齿条(202)传动配合。本发明结构简单、占用空间小、成本低,具备助力转向模式和线控转向模式,可满足高级驾驶辅助系统和自动驾驶系统的转向需求。

    The invention discloses a rack-assist steer-by-wire system and a control method thereof. The steer-by-wire system comprises a steering wheel (7), a steering column (6), a steering gear (2), a tie rod (1) and a power-assisted steering device installed on the steering gear (2). The power-assisted steering device (3) comprises a power-assisted steering device shell, a power-assisted steering motor (301), a controller (305), a power-assisted steering transmission mechanism arranged in the power-assisted steering device shell, a power-assisted steering gear shaft (310), and a steering angle sensor (307) arranged on the outer side of the power-assisted steering gear shaft (310); wherein the power-assisted steering device shell is fixed to a steering gear shell (201), and the power-assisted steering gear shaft (310) is in transmission fit with a steering gear rack (202). The steer-by-wire system is simple in structure, small in occupied space and low in cost, has a power-assisted steering mode and a steer-by-wire mode, and can meet the steering requirements of an advanced driving assistance system and an automatic driving system.
