For solving the technical problems, according to the mining intelligent overhead rail manned transportation system provided by the invention, whether a person sits on a traveling crane or not is judged through an infrared sensor, when the person sits on the traveling crane, the traveling crane travels at the maximum safety speed, if no person sits on the traveling crane, the traveling crane is in a static state, and energy consumption is reduced; the driving speed can be flexibly adjusted through a speed adjusting module according to the current speed and whether the front track is safe or not, safety is guaranteed, and high transportation efficiency is guaranteed; the system is provided with the braking system, automatic braking can be achieved in emergencies, and compared with the prior art, the system is safer; and when a driving fault occurs, automatic stopping and voice alarming are performed through a brake module.

    本发明涉及吊轨运输技领域,尤其涉及一种矿用智能型吊轨载人运输系统。本发明要解决的是现有的现有吊轨载人运输装置不够智能、行驶速度慢,运输效率低,不够节能,不够安全。为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种矿用智能型吊轨载人运输系统,通过红外传感器判断是否有人乘坐行车,当有人乘坐时,行车将以最大安全速度行驶,如果没人乘坐,行车则为静止状态,降低能耗;通过速度调节模块能够根据当前的速度以及前方轨道是否安全来灵活调节行车的速度,既保证安全,又保证运输效率高,而且本系统设计有刹车系统,能够在突发事件中自动刹车,相较于现有技术,本发明更加安全;行车故障时则会通过刹车模块自动停车并语音报警。
