The invention discloses a urea liquid level monitoring system and method. The system comprises a urea liquid level collection module which is used for collecting and calculating a real-time liquid level signal of a liquid level sensor; a vehicle steady-state working condition judgment module which is used for judging whether the vehicle is in a steady-state working condition or not according to signals including but not limited to engine operation parameters and the vehicle speed; a liquid level fluctuation judgment module which is used for calculating a liquid level fluctuation state according to the real-time liquid level change and calculating an actual liquid level signal; a monitoring condition judgment module which is used for calculating the received data and judging whether the working condition of the vehicle is suitable for liquid level fault monitoring or not; and a fault judgment module which is used for comparing the actual liquid level with the fault alarm liquid level threshold value so as to report a fault. The system can accurately monitor the actual liquid level information of urea, can give an alarm in time to meet the requirements of laws and regulations when the liquid level is lower than a fault threshold value, and is suitable for popularization and application.

    本发明公开一种尿素液位监测系统及方法,该系统包括:尿素液位采集模块,用于采集并计算液位传感器实时液位信号;辆稳态工况判断模块,用于根据包括但不限于发动机运行参数以及车速在内的信号判断车辆是否处于稳态工况;液位波动判断模块,用于根据实时液位变化计算液位波动状态并计算实际液位信号;监控条件判断模块,用于将接收的数据进行计算,判断车辆的工况是否适合进行液位故障监控;故障判断模块,用于比较实际液位与故障报警液位阈值的大小从而报出故障。本发明能够准确监控尿素实际液位信息,并且在液位低于故障阈值时,能够及时报警以满足法规的要求,适宜推广应用。
