The invention relates to the technical field of new energy power battery assembly, and provides a locking mechanism which comprises an opening clamp, a connecting piece penetrating through the opening clamp and a locking assembly for locking the connecting piece on the opening clamp; the locking assembly comprises a locking seat and a connecting rod; and one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with a nut, the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a wrench with an eccentric cam, and an anti-disengaging assembly used for locking relative rotation between the wrench and the connecting rod is further arranged between the wrench and the connecting rod. The invention further provides a quick-change mechanism of the power battery, the quick-change mechanism comprises the power battery, a vehicle body and the locking mechanism; the connecting piece in the locking mechanism is a bolt fixed on the vehicle body, and the opening clamp of the locking mechanism is fixed on the power battery. According to the quick-change mechanism of the power battery, the bolt is fixedly connected with the vehicle body, the power battery is locked on the vehicle body through the locking mechanism, the structure is simple, operation is convenient, and the time for replacing the power battery is greatly shortened.

    本发明涉及新能源动力电池装配技术领域,本发明提供了一种锁紧机构,包括开口卡箍、穿过开口卡箍的连接件以及将连接件锁紧于开口卡箍上的锁紧组件;锁紧组件包括锁紧座和连杆;连杆的一端与螺母紧固连接,另一端设置有具有偏心凸轮的扳手,扳手和连杆之间还设置有用于锁止扳手与连杆之间相对转动的防脱组件。本发明还提供了一种动力电池的快换机构,包括动力电池、车身以及上述的锁紧机构,锁紧机构中的连接件为固定于车身上的螺栓,锁紧机构的开口卡箍固定于动力电池上。本发明所提供的一种动力电池的快换机构,螺栓与车身固定连接,通过锁紧机构将动力电池锁紧于车身上,结构简单、操作方便、使得更换动力电池的时间大幅度缩短。
