The invention relates to the technical field of geologic logging, in particular to a tension monitoring device and a cable tension monitoring logging winch. The cable tension monitoring logging winch comprises a support and a winch arranged on the support, and further comprises a linear guide rail sliding table and a tension sensor which are arranged at the bottom of the support, wherein the linear guide sliding table comprises a sliding table bottom plate and a smooth guide rail erected on the sliding table bottom plate; the bottom surface of the bracket is in sliding connection with the smooth guide rail; and one end of the tension sensor is connected to the sliding table bottom plate, and the other end of the tension sensor is connected to the bottom surface of the support. According to the cable tension monitoring well logging winch, a cable tension value can be monitored in real time, so that the operation state of a well logging exploring tube can be accurately judged, abnormal conditions can be processed in time, information such as the well depth can be accurately obtained, and safety accidents can be effectively prevented.
