The invention discloses a ship hybrid power propulsion system and a management strategy. The ship hybrid power propulsion system comprises a diesel generator, an energy storage system, a propulsion system, an SOC monitoring system and a control system. The control system is connected with the diesel generator, the propulsion system, the SOC monitoring system and the energy storage system; the SOC monitoring system is connected with the energy storage system; the diesel generator is connected with the energy storage system in parallel. The diesel generator sequentially comprises a diesel engine, an axle generator and a rectifier; the energy storage system comprises a super capacitor with a DC/DC bidirectional direct current converter module and a lithium iron phosphate battery which are connected in parallel; the propulsion system sequentially comprises a DC/AC inverter, a propelling motor and a propeller; the diesel generator is connected with the energy storage system in parallel. A deep belief network recognition system based on the working condition parameters is established by sampling the characteristic parameter change under the navigation working condition, the external system requirement is responded in time, the proper energy supply mode is selected, the minimum supply of fuel oil is achieved, the overall economic benefit of the system is achieved, and the purpose of the optimal propulsion mode under the working condition is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种船舶混合动力推进系统及管理策略,包括柴油发电机、储能系统、推进系统、SOC监测系统和控制系统;控制系统与柴油发电机、推进系统、SOC监测系统和储能系统相连;SOC监测系统与储能系统相连;柴油发电机和储能系统并联。其中,柴油发电机依次包括柴油机、轴带发电机和整流器;储能系统包括并联的带有DC/DC双向直流变换器模块的超级电容和磷酸铁锂电池;推进系统依次包括DC/AC逆变器、推进电机和螺旋桨;柴油发电机和储能系统并联。本发明通过采样航行工况下的特征参数变化,建立基于工况参数的深度信念网络识别系统,及时响应外界系统需求,选择合适的供能模式,实现燃油的最小供给,达到系统整体的经济效益,实现该工况下最优推进方式的目的。
