The invention discloses a high-integration AGV chassis which comprises a chassis frame, integrated driving wheels arranged on the two sides of the middle of the chassis frame, four supporting wheels arranged on the two sides of the front end and the two sides of the rear end of the chassis frame correspondingly, an integrated motion controller arranged at the front end of the upper side of a chassis support, and a battery pack arranged at the rear end of the upper side of the chassis support and used for providing power for the AGV chassis. The integrated driving wheels are connected with the integrated motion controller through a CANopen bus cable. Integrally designed components and CANopen bus communication are adopted, so that the chassis is compact in structure, small in size, simple to mount and low in maintenance cost; and excessive connecting cables are not needed, the anti-electromagnetic interference capability is strong, and the reliability is high.
本发明公开了一种高集成度AGV底盘,包括底盘车架,设置在底盘车架中部两侧的一体化驱动轮,分别设置底盘车架前端和后端两侧的四个支撑轮,设置在底盘支架上侧前端的一体化运动控制器,及设置在底盘支架上侧后端用于为AGV底盘提供电力的电池组,一体化驱动轮通过CANopen总线电缆与一体化运动控制器连接。本申请采用一体化设计的部件及CANopen总线通讯,使底盘结构紧凑、体积小巧,安装简单,维护成本低;且无需过多的连接线缆,具有抗电磁干扰能力强、可靠性高。
