The invention discloses a PM2.5 concentration monitor based on a positioning system. The PM2.5 concentration monitor comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle and a flight control computer, the unmanned aerial vehicle is provided with a GPS positioning system for controlling flight, the flight control computer is in wireless signal connection with the GPS positioning system, the lower surface of the unmanned aerial vehicle is symmetrically provided with support frames, a driving motor is fixedly mounted on the portion, located between the two support frames, of the lower surface of the unmanned aerial vehicle, an output shaft of the driving motor is sleeved with and fixedly provided with a wire winding shaft, one end of a pull wire is fixedly mounted on the wire winding shaft, the pull wire is wound around the wire winding shaft, and a support plate is fixedly mounted at the other end of the pull wire; a PM2.5 concentration monitoring sensor is fixedly installed on the lower surface of the support plate, and the opposite side walls of the two support frames are each rotationally connected with one end of a buffer rod, the PM2.5 concentration over a city can be monitored, interference of propeller turbulent flow of an unmanned aerial vehicle is avoided, and therefore the precision of city PM2.5 concentration monitoring is improved; and sufficient preparation is made for subsequent decisions.
