The invention discloses a high-speed quay crane trolley traction wheel anti-vibration system which is used for weakening the vibration of traction wheels caused by the pulling of a walking steel wire rope when a quay crane trolley walks along a quay crane girder and comprises two groups of anti-vibration devices which are respectively arranged between a frame of the quay crane trolley and the traction wheels on the two sides. Each anti-vibration device comprises a connecting base and an oil-gas damper, the connecting bases are fixedly arranged on the frame of the quay crane trolley, the oil-gas dampers are located between the frame of the quay crane trolley and the traction wheels and are parallel to the quay crane girder, one ends of the oil-gas dampers are hinged to the connecting bases, and the other ends of the oil-gas dampers are fixedly connected with supports of the traction wheels. The vibration amplitude of the quay crane trolley in the quay crane girder direction is reduced, the operation stability of the quay crane trolley is improved, the quay crane trolley and a quay crane structure are protected, normal operation of the quay crane trolley is guaranteed, the operation speed of the quay crane trolley can be increased, and the loading and unloading efficiency of a quay crane is improved.

    本发明公开了一种高速岸桥小车牵引轮避振系统,用于减弱岸桥小车沿岸桥大梁行走时,牵引轮因行走钢丝绳拉扯产生的振动,包括两组避振装置,两组避振装置分别设于岸桥小车的框架与两侧的牵引轮之间,避振装置包括连接座和油气阻尼,连接座固定设于岸桥小车的框架上,油气阻尼位于岸桥小车的框架和牵引轮之间,且油气阻尼与岸桥大梁平行,油气阻尼的一端与连接座铰接,油气阻尼的另一端与牵引轮的支座固定连接。本发明降低了岸桥小车在岸桥大梁方向上的振动幅度,提高了岸桥小车运行的稳定性,对岸桥小车和岸桥结构进行了保护,保证岸桥小车正常运行,能够提高岸桥小车的运行速度,提高岸桥的装卸效率。
