The invention discloses a brake locking mechanism for an emergency state of an elevator. The brake locking mechanism comprises a brake mechanism, wherein the brake mechanism comprises a long rail, a supporting shell, a transmission wheel, centrifugal sliding blocks, a sleeve wheel, a locking gear, a locking rack and a brake block; the transmission wheel is provided with first springs and sliding grooves, the centrifugal sliding blocks are connected with the transmission wheel in a sliding mode, the first springs are connected with the centrifugal sliding blocks and the transmission wheel, and inner teeth matched with the centrifugal sliding blocks are arranged on the inner side walls of the sleeve wheels; and the sleeve wheel is connected with the locking gear, the locking rack is connected with the supporting shell in a sliding mode, the locking gear is matched with the locking rack, one end of the brake block makes contact with the long rail, and the locking rack makes contact with the brake block. According to the brake locking mechanism for the emergency state of the elevator, the emergency braking effect can be achieved in the speed loss and accelerated descending process of the elevator, and the reliability of an elevator is improved; and the whole braking mechanism is achieved through a pure mechanical structure, the same emergency braking effect can be achieved under the special conditions that the elevator is powered off or a controller fails, and the safety of the elevator is further guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种用于电梯紧急状态的制动锁紧机构,包括刹车机构,刹车机构包括长轨、支撑壳、传动轮、离心滑块、套轮、锁定齿轮、锁紧齿条和刹车块;传动轮上设有第一弹簧和滑槽,离心滑块与传动轮滑动连接,第一弹簧连接离心滑块和传动轮,套轮内侧壁上设有与离心滑块适配的内齿;套轮与锁定齿轮连接,锁紧齿条与支撑壳滑动连接,且锁定齿轮和锁紧齿条适配,刹车块的一端与长轨接触,锁紧齿条与刹车块接触。本发明提供了一种用于电梯紧急状态的制动锁紧机构,可以在电梯失速加速下降过程中,起到紧急制动作用,增加电梯的可靠性;且整个制动机构通过纯机械结构实现,可以电梯停电或控制器失效等特殊情况下同样起到紧急制动作用,进一步保证电梯的安全。
