The invention discloses a rear vehicle distance detection device and method based on industrial forklift intelligence. The rear vehicle distance detection device comprises an acquisition module used for acquiring speed parameters of a forklift in the driving process and distances between the forklift and rear obstacles, pedestrians and other vehicles, a calculation module used for calculating the sum of the distance from the current speed of the forklift to the speed for safely avoiding the obstacle, the distance from the speed for safely avoiding the obstacle to the parking and the driving distance of a driver in response to the time according to the data acquired by the acquisition module, a comparison module used for comparing the distance calculated by the calculation module with the distance, acquired by the acquisition module, of the rear obstacle of the forklift, an alarm module used for giving an alarm when the comparison module compares that the distance acquired by the acquisition module is less than or equal to the distance calculated by the calculation module to prompt a driver to decelerate in time, and a braking module used for performing deceleration braking on the forklift after the alarm module gives the alarm and the conventional reaction time. The driver can operate and control the distance conveniently.

    本发明公开了一种基于工业叉车智能化的后方车距检测装置及检测方法,包括采集模块用于采集叉车行驶过程的速度参数以及与后方障碍物、行人以及其他车辆的距离;计算模块用于根据采集模块采集的数据计算叉车当前速度到减速至安全避让障碍物的的速度所需的距离、安全避让速度减速到停车所需的距离和驾驶员反应时间行驶的距离之和;对比模块用于将计算模块计算得出距离与采集模块采集得到的叉车后方障碍物距离进行对比;警报模块用于在对比模块对比得出采集模块采集距离小于等于计算模块计算距离时发出警报,提示驾驶员及时进行减速;制动模块用于在警报模块发出警报,且经过常规反应时间后,对叉车进行减速制动。方便驾驶员操作和控制距离。
