The invention discloses a run-flat tire, the thicknesses of rubber between a main groove and a belt part are set to be unequal, the belt part is composed of a steel wire annular belt part and a bulge-resistant annular belt part, the steel wire annular belt part is set to be high in rigidity, and the bulge-resistant annular belt part is set to be large in tension; the tensions of different parts of the bulge-resistant annular belt part are set to be unequal, and the area of the pattern blocks at the shoulder part of the tread is set to be larger than that of the pattern blocks at the middle part of the tread. The run-flat tire can keep a larger ground contact area under the condition of low pressure, so that the run-flat tire also has better ground holding performance under the condition of low pressure.
