Two groups of first loading blocks are arranged in the upper frame, and two groups of second loading blocks are arranged in the lower frame; each first loading block is fixed in the upper frame through a spherical hinge connecting piece, the spherical hinge connecting piece comprises a ball head rod, a one-way force sensor and a connecting block which are connected in sequence, the ball head part of the ball head rod is connected with each first loading block, and the connecting block is fixed at the upper part of the inner frame of the upper frame; each second loading block is directly fixed in the lower frame through a fixed connecting piece; and at least two servo actuating cylinders are further arranged at the bottom of the lower frame, one end of each servo actuating cylinder is connected with the bottom of the lower frame through a spherical hinge support, and the other end of each servo actuating cylinder is connected with the ground through the spherical hinge support. According to the invention, a clamping plate mounting space can be increased, a pre-tightening force applied by the clamping plate is monitored, and the mounting convenience and safety of the clamping plate and the universality of the clamping plate device are improved.
本发明公开了一种可调式模块化卡板加载装置,包括均呈工字型的上框架和下框架,上框架与下框架两端滑动连接;上框架内设置有两组第一加载块,下框架内设置有两组第二加载块;第一加载块通过球铰连接件固定在上框架内部,所述球铰连接件包括依次连接球头杆、单向力传感器、连接块构成,所述球头杆的球头部与第一加载块连接,所述连接块固定在上框架内框上部;所述第二加载块直接通过固定连接件固定在下框架内部;下框架底部还设置有至少两根伺服作动筒,伺服作动筒一端通过球铰支座与下框架底部连接,另一端通过球铰支座与地面连接。本发明能够增加卡板安装空间,监测卡板施加预紧力,提高卡板的安装便捷性、安全性以及卡板装置的通用性。
