The invention belongs to the field of aircraft cockpit control system design, and provides a balancing mechanism and method for transmission of a flexible connecting assembly. The balancing mechanism comprises an electric mechanism, a left execution mechanism, a right execution mechanism and two flexible shaft assemblies. One ends of flexible shafts are connected with an output shaft of the electric mechanism, the other ends are connected with the left/right actuating mechanism, and finally output is realized by a rocker arm. The electric mechanism and the left/right actuating mechanism which are not on the same axis are connected through the flexible shafts, torque can be transmitted along a curve by bending and bypassing other components, installation is convenient, space is saved, and maintainability is good. The dual-redundancy design is adopted, the left execution mechanism and the right execution mechanism are installed on a main driver and an auxiliary driver respectively, the fault mode of a single-point failure of an anchoring point is solved, and safety is improved.

    本发明属于飞机驾驶舱操纵系统设计领域,提出了一种柔性连接组件传动的配平机构及方法,包含电动机构、左执行机构、右执行机构、两根软轴组件。软轴的一端连接电动机构输出轴,另一端连接左/右执行机构,最终通过摇臂输出。本发明应用软轴连接不在同一轴线上的电动机构和左/右执行机构,可以通过弯曲绕过其他部件,沿着曲线传递扭矩,安装便利,节省空间,维护性好。采用双余度设计,左、右执行机构分别安装在主副驾,解决了锚定点单点失效的故障模式,提高了安全性。
