The invention discloses a wall attaching method for a tower crane. The wall attaching method comprises the steps that based on a BIM model, a test model is created according to an actual building and an actual peripheral device, and the test model comprises a building model and a peripheral device model; the wall attaching point of the building model is determined; a wall attaching connecting rod of the peripheral device model is controlled to be connected to the wall attaching point; wall attaching information of the peripheral device model is measured; and the actual peripheral device is controlled to carry out wall attaching according to the wall attaching information. By applying the technical scheme, the wall attaching test is carried out in the test model, the wall attaching process is continuously optimized, the accurate wall attaching information of the peripheral device is obtained, namely, the optimal wall attaching mode is obtained, the actual peripheral device carries out wall attaching according to the wall attaching information, and it is guaranteed that the actual peripheral device does not collide with a PC prefabricated wall body in the wall attaching process; accurate and rapid positioning is realized; and the operation technology of an operator can be relatively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种塔吊附墙方法,包括步骤:基于BIM模型,依据实际建筑和实际外围装置创建测试模型,所述测试模型包含建筑模型和外围装置模型;确定建筑模型的附墙点;控制外围装置模型的附墙连接杆连接于附墙点上;测量出外围装置模型的附墙信息;根据所述附墙信息,控制实际外围装置进行附墙。应用本发明实施例所提供的技术方案,在测试模型进行附墙测试,对附墙过程进行不断优化,得出外围装置准确的附墙信息,也就是得出最优的附墙方式,并且实际外围装置依据附墙信息进行附墙,保证了在附墙过程中实际外围装置不与PC预制墙体发生碰撞;实现准确、快速定位;可以相对降低操作人员的操作技术。
