The invention discloses a multifunctional hoisting device for building construction. The multifunctional hoisting device comprises a first hoisting frame, steel wire ropes are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the upper surface of the first hoisting frame, the upper ends of the steel wire ropes are fixedly connected with a hoisting ring, and a first fixing mechanism is arranged on the lower portion of the first hoisting frame; the first fixing mechanism comprises a first sliding groove, a first bidirectional threaded rod, first threaded blocks, first connecting plates and fixing bottom plates; a second fixing mechanism is arranged on one side of each first connecting plate; each second fixing mechanism comprises a second connecting plate, a threaded rod and a first arc-shaped fixing block; a third fixing mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the first hoisting frame; and the third fixing mechanism comprises a second hoisting frame, a second sliding groove, a second bidirectional threaded rod, a second threaded block, an electric telescopic rod and a first fixing plate. The multifunctional hoisting device is novel in structure, convenient to operate and high in safety in the hoisting process.
