The invention relates to an anti-overwinding automatic control system of an infrastructure mine hoist, and belongs to the technical field of mine equipment. According to the technical scheme, a first touch point (1) is arranged at the position, 0.2 m above a cage (5), at a terminal stopping level of hoist operation, and the first touch point (1) is connected with a first travel switch (3); a second touch point (2) is arranged at the position, 0.4 m below a balance weight, at the terminal stopping level of hoist operation, and the second touch point (2) is connected with a second travel switch (4); and the first travel switch (3) and the second travel switch (4) are connected in parallel and then are connected with a main safety control loop of the hoist. The system has the beneficial effects that the hoist is controlled to stop running by arranging the touch points and the travel switches, so that an overwinding accident is avoided; and the system is flexible in installation, simple in arrangement, economical, efficient, safe and stable, can effectively prevent the occurrence of overwinding accidents of the hoist, and can provide powerful guarantee for the safe operation of the mine hoist.

    本发明涉及一种基建矿山提升机防过卷自动控制系统,属于矿山设备技术领域。本发明的技术方案是:触碰点一(1)设置在提升机运行的终端停车水平,罐笼(5)上方0.2m处,触碰点一(1)与行程开关一(3)连接;触碰点二(2)设置在提升机运行的终端停车水平,平衡锤下方0.4m处,触碰点二(2)与行程开关二(4)连接;行程开关一(3)和行程开关二(4)并联后与提升机主安全控制回路连接。本发明的有益效果是:通过设置触碰点和行程开关,来控制提升机停止运行,以避免过卷事故的发生;安装灵活,设置简单,经济高效,安全稳定,可以有效防地止提升机过卷事故的发生,为矿山提升机的安全运行可以提供有力的保障。
