The invention provides a magnetic levitation ducted fan for an electric aircraft, which comprises a shell, a stator, a first coil, a rotor fan and a permanent magnet, aiming at a high-rotating-speed low-noise electric propulsion mode adopted by an oil-electricity hybrid power aircraft, a magnetic levitation technology is adopted, a traditional shafting power system is decoupled in a shaftless manner, the traditional shafting structure limitation is eliminated, suspension rotation of the rotor fan is achieved through the mixed magnetic suspension bearing, and the low-noise environment-friendly requirement is met. The magnetic levitation ducted fan has higher efficiency, can generate greater thrust under the same power consumption, and realizes high speed, shaftless and environment-friendly effects of the electric propulsion device of the oil-electricity hybrid power aircraft.
本公开提供了一种用于电动飞行器的磁悬浮涵道风扇,包括:外壳、定子、第一线圈、转子风扇和永磁体,针对油电混合动力飞行器所采用的高转速低噪音的电推进方式,采用磁悬浮技术,通过无轴化将传统轴系动力系统解耦,取消传统轴系结构限制;通过混合磁悬浮轴承实现转子风扇悬浮转动,满足低噪音环境友好要求。本发明具有更高的效率,在同样的功率消耗下,能产生更大的推力,实现油电混合动力飞行器的电推进装置高速化、无轴化、环境友好化。
