The invention relates to a wheel-track combined type mobile stair climbing robot which comprises a structural frame, a power supply management box, two front arm mechanisms and two rear arm mechanisms. The power supply management box is fixedly arranged under the structural frame, the front arm mechanisms comprise the two front arm mechanisms, the two front arm mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the front end of the structural frame, the rear arm mechanisms comprise the two rear arm mechanisms, and the two rear arm mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at the rear end of the structural frame. By adopting the combination mode of crawler belts and walking wheels, the defect of poor maneuverability when the crawler belts move on the ground is overcome by utilizing the advantage that the crawler belts climb stairs stably, the action range of the mobile stair climbing robot is expanded, and when the mobile stair climbing robot moves on the ground, the walking wheels make contact with the ground, and flexible steering of the walking wheels is achieved through differential speed; when the mobile stair climbing robot climbs stairs, the crawler belts on a swing arm mechanism work, stable stair climbing is realized through the crawler belts; and meanwhile, plane ascending and descending can be achieved through cooperative work of driving cylinders, and the stair climbing robot has the advantages of being stable in stair climbing, high in stair climbing efficiency, flexible, economical, practical and the like.

    本发明涉及一种轮履复合式移动爬楼机器人,其包括结构框架、电源管理箱、两个前臂机构和两个后臂机构,结构框架正下方固定设有电源管理箱,前臂机构包括两个前臂机构,且两个前臂机构对称设于结构框架的前端,后臂机构包括两个后臂机构,且两个后臂机构对称设于结构框架的后端。本发明采用履带和行走轮的组合方式,利用履带爬楼稳定的优点,克服了履带地面移动时机动性差的缺点,扩大了移动爬楼机器人行动范围,其在地面移动时,行走轮接触地面,通过差速实现行走轮灵活转向,在爬楼时,摆臂机构上的履带工作,通过履带实现平稳爬楼,同时还可以通过驱动缸的配合工作实现平面的升降,具有爬楼稳定、爬楼效率高、机动灵活、经济实用等优点。
