High-voltage capacitors are arranged at the two ends of the IGBT module; the active discharge monitoring module is electrically connected with the IGBT module; the IGBT module is electrically connected with the motor; the active discharge monitoring module comprehensively monitors the PWM duty ratio of the IGBT module, the rotating speed of the motor, the winding current of the motor and the voltage drop rate of the high-voltage capacitor, so that the hydrogen energy automobile is in a safe state during active discharge. The method has the beneficial effects that the monitoring module is used for monitoring various signals of active discharge of the hydrogen energy vehicle, so that the hydrogen energy vehicle is in a safe state during active discharge.
