The invention provides a differential bearing device of a robot trolley. The differential bearing device of the robot trolley comprises a motor, wheels and a speed reducer. The motor is used for driving the wheels through the speed reducer. The differential bearing device of the robot trolley further comprises a connecting body, a radial bearing and a wheel bearing connecting piece. The connecting body has a connection body bore and is secured to a housing of the speed reducer. The radial bearing is embedded into an inner hole of the connecting body, and an outer ring of the radial bearing is fixed to the inner hole of the connecting body. The axial outer side portion of the wheel bearing connecting piece is fixedly connected to the wheel, and the axial inner side portion of the wheel bearing connecting piece is partially inserted into the inner ring of the radial bearing and fixedly connected to the output shaft of the speed reducer. The differential bearing device of the robot trolley transmits radial force from wheels to the connecting main body through the radial bearing, so that the radial force of the output shaft of the speed reducer is reduced.
