The invention discloses a hyperbolic cone section shell and a forming method. The method comprises the steps that the hyperbolic cone section shell is split to obtain two to-be-machined shells; corresponding annular ribs are fixed through multiple first stop annular bulges of the two shells; electron beam welding parameters of an aluminum thick plate are designed, and the two shells where the annular ribs are welded and fixed are welded into a whole through matched welding rings and structures of butt joint spigots at the two ends of the shells, so that the hyperbolic cone section shell is obtained; a large-diameter curve positioning and locking device is designed, and diversification of machining modes is realized, so that machining of a high-precision hole seat welded in the shell is realized. According to the hyperbolic cone section shell and the forming method, the problems that a large-diameter hyperbolic cone section shell cannot be formed at one time, the mounting position precision of internal annular ribs is low, errors are large, an internal hole seat cannot be machined due to the limitation of existing equipment and the like in the prior art can be solved.
本发明公开一种双曲锥段壳体及成形方法。其中,该方法包括:拆分双曲锥段壳体以得到待加工的两个壳体;通过两个所述壳体的多个第一止位环形凸起以固定相对应的环肋筋;设计铝厚板的电子束焊接参数利用配焊圈以及壳体两端对接止口的结构,将焊接固定好环肋筋的两个所述壳体焊接成一体,以得到双曲锥段壳体;通过设计大直径曲线定位锁紧装置,实现加工方式多样化,从而实现焊接于壳体内部的高精度孔座的加工。通过本发明,能够解决现有技术中大直径双曲锥段壳体无法实现一次成型,内部环肋筋安装位置精度低、误差大,现有设备局限带来的内部孔座无法加工等问题。
