The invention relates to the technical field of traffic, particularly to a traffic light timing optimization and simulation method based on bayonet monitoring equipment. The method comprises the following steps: data acquisition, data collection, algorithm model establishment, optimal timing calculation and timing optimization scheme system simulation. According to the method, the vehicle arrival rate and the vehicle departure rate in each direction of the intersection are calculated by utilizing the road information and the traffic light timing information of the intersection and the vehicle passing data from the bayonet monitoring equipment, an algorithm model is established by taking the total delay time in the intersection direction as a calculation index, the total delay time of the actual unoptimized intersection is calculated, the traffic light timing combination at the intersection is adjusted according to a certain rule, the optimal traffic light timing is obtained by taking the total delay time difference and the traffic ratio as evaluation indexes, traffic light timing optimization schemes at the intersection in different time periods are formed, and finally, the effectiveness of the timing optimization schemes is confirmed through a system analogue simulation test and then is applied to practice; and the method can provide help for traffic police and traffic departments to reasonably set intersection traffic light timing so as to reasonably utilize road resources, improve intersection vehicle passing efficiency, effectively relieve intersection traffic pressure and avoid traffic jam.

    本发明涉及交通技术领域,具体涉及一种基于卡口监控设备的红绿灯配时优化及仿真方法,包括以下步骤:数据采集、数据汇集、算法模型建立、最优配时计算、配时优化方案系统仿真。本发明利用交叉路口的道路信息、红绿灯配时信息以及来自卡口监控设备的过车数据,计算路口各方向的到车率和离车率,以路口方向总延误时间为计算指标建立算法模型,并计算出实际未优化路口的总延误时间,再通过一定规则调整路口红绿灯配时组合,以总延误时间差、通车比为评价指标得到最优红绿灯配时,形成不同时段下路口的红绿灯配时优化方案,最后通过系统仿真模拟测试确认配时优化方案有效,再运用至实际中。本发明可以给交警、交通部门合理设置路口红绿灯配时提供帮助,以合理利用道路资源、提高路口车辆通行效率,有效缓解路口交通压力和避免交通拥堵。
