The invention discloses a lifting buffer device which comprises a frame which is a rectangular frame; the frame comprises upper and lower transverse plates and side plates connecting the upper and lower transverse plates; a hanging plate is arranged at the top of the frame; vertical guide rods are arranged in the frame, and the upper ends and the bottom ends of the vertical guide rods are connected with the frame; a sliding block is arranged in the frame and connected with the vertical guide rods in a sliding mode, and the vertical guide rods penetrate through the sliding block; a protection frame is fixedly connected with the sliding block, the protection frame comprises vertical plates and a connecting plate at the bottoms of the vertical plates, the vertical plates are fixedly connected with the sliding block, and the connecting plate is arranged under the frame; and a threaded pipe of a buffer penetrates through the lower transverse plate of the frame. Impact on a buffer cap at the top of the buffer can be relieved, reliability is high, the service life is long, and mounting and dismounting are convenient.
