The invention relates to a torsional vibration damper (100, 200), in particular for a drive train, such as a hybrid drive train, the torsional vibration damper comprising: a damper input part (102) and a damper output part (104), which have a common axis of rotation (106) and which can be rotated together about the axis of rotation and in a limited manner relative to each other; and a spring damper device (108) which acts between the damper input part (102) and the damper output part (104), the spring damper device (108) having at least one elastically deformable element (122) and at least one bearing element (124) which is designed to interact with the at least one elastically deformable element (122). The invention further relates to a drive train having such a torsional vibration damper in order to improve the torsional vibration damper and the drive train in terms of construction and/or function.
