The invention provides a planetary speed reducing mechanism of a loop chain electric elevator. The mechanism comprises a base, a casing, a cover, an input gear, an input shaft, an output shaft and a planetary gear set, the base, the casing and the cover are sequentially connected and fixed by screws, the input gear is sleeved on the input shaft and synchronously rotates with the input shaft, and bearings are fixed in the casing and the cover. The input shaft freely rotates relative to the casing and the cover through the bearings, the planetary gear set comprises a fixed gear ring, a movable gear disc, an installation plate with a center hole and at least three planetary gears, the fixed gear ring is fixed to the casing, a circle of inner gears are arranged on the inner side of the fixed gear ring and meshed with the planetary gears, and the planetary gears are rotatably connected to the installation plate. One end of the input shaft is provided with a driving spline and penetrates through the center hole to be meshed with the planetary gears, the planetary gears are sleeved with the movable gear disc, a circle of the inner gears are meshed with the planetary gears, and the output shaft and the movable gear disc are connected and rotate synchronously. The planetary gears achieve efficient transmission, the number of parts is small, and the transmission power loss is effectively reduced.
本发明提供了一种环链电动提升机的行星减速机构,包括机座、机壳、机盖、输入齿轮、输入轴、输出轴和行星齿轮组,机座、机壳和机盖依次用螺钉连接固定,输入齿轮套在输入轴上与输入轴同步转动,机壳和机盖内均固定有轴承,输入轴通过轴承相对机壳和机盖自由转动,行星齿轮组包括固定齿圈、活动齿盘、开有中心孔的安装板和至少三个行星齿轮,固定齿圈固定在机壳上,固定齿圈内侧具有一圈内齿与行星齿轮啮合,行星齿轮转动连接在安装板上,输入轴的一端具有驱动花键且穿过中心孔与行星齿轮啮合,活动齿盘套在行星齿轮外且也有一圈内齿与行星齿轮啮合,输出轴与活动齿盘连接且同步转动。行星齿轮高效传动,零配件少,有效降低传动功率损耗。
