The invention discloses a plastic noise reduction fender for a rear wheel of a heavy truck, and belongs to the field of automobile parts. Cylindrical mudguard hanging holes are evenly formed in the left side, the right side and the upper portion of the interior of the U-shaped plastic mudguard, a spiral spring hook is hung on each hanging hole, and the lower portions of all the spring hooks are connected with shock pad hanging holes formed in a U-shaped rubber shock pad in the mudguard. Lantern-shaped hollow rubber buffer air bags of which the lengths are greater than 1cm are uniformly distributed below the shock pad; when the heavy truck runs in an area with poor road conditions, vibration generated by the truck body drives the fender to vibrate synchronously, the fender is made of plastics and is good in flexibility, vibration shock waves generated by the truck body are absorbed, sand brought by rotation of the wheels impacts the buffering air bag below the rubber shock pad in the fender and is buffered by the buffering air bag, and the fender is prevented from being damaged. The shock pads and the spring hooks absorb kinetic energy of gravel, so that noise is avoided, and the mudguard is prevented from vibrating.
