The invention relates to the technical field of rail transit equipment, and particularly discloses a railway vehicle sanding device with double pneumatic sanding units; the device comprises a box body, a first sanding unit, a second sanding unit and a sand outlet pipeline part; a first chamber and a second chamber are arranged in the box body; the first sanding unit and the second sanding unit are both arranged at the lower end of the box body and connected with the first chamber and the second chamber respectively, and the lower end of the first sanding unit and the lower end of the second sanding unit are both connected with the sand outlet pipeline component. Two independent sand spraying units are arranged and are respectively used for sanding during high-speed braking or low-speed starting, so that the requirement on air source pressure is reduced, the regulation range of the air flow regulators is reduced, the sanding rate control capability is improved, the energy is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
