The invention discloses an ETC-based roadside image recognition non-inductive payment parking system, which comprises a client, a control terminal and a parking lot side, the client is provided with a parking APP or a small program, inquires unoccupied parking spaces near a driving way, recognizes a vehicle through information exchange of wireless microwave DSRC, and completes an unmanned charging process; the control terminal is used for receiving a control command of the user terminal, issuing the control command to a parking space management background, acquiring real-time parking space information around the parking lot side of a destination, appointing a parking space and conveniently and autonomously completing the parking process. A user inquires an unoccupied parking space nearby the driving way through a parking APP or a small program, and after a vehicle enters the parking space, an equipped parking space exclusive camera can carry out rapid information identification on the vehicle, and a high-altitude camera assists in identification and calibrates and checks the state of the parking space. A road test microwave antenna RSU and a vehicle-mounted electronic tag OBU installed on a vehicle of the client work in a matched mode, and information exchange of wireless microwave DSRC is carried out, therefore the vehicle is recognized to complete the unmanned charging process.

    本发明公开了基于ETC的路侧图像识别无感支付停车系统,包括用户端、控制终端和停车场端,用户端:安装有停车APP或小程序,查询行驶沿途附近空余车位,通过无线微波DSRC的信息交换从而识别车辆,完成无人化收费过程;控制终端:用于接收用户终端的控制命令,下发给车位管理后台,获取目的地的停车场端周边实时车位信息,并约定车位,方便自主完成停车过程。用户通过停车APP或小程序查询行驶沿途附近空余车位,当车辆进入车位后,配备的车位专属摄像头可对车辆进行快速信息识别,高空摄像头辅助识别并对车位状态进行校准检验,路测的微波天线RSU与用户端的车辆安装的车载电子标签OBU配合作业,进行无线微波DSRC的信息交换,从而识别车辆完成无人化收费过程。
