According to the safe and anti-collision bridge crane, a running trolley is matched with a first air bag to drive the stop block and the movable rod to move towards one end of the mounting shell, so that a first movable plate extrudes air in a corrugated pipe and drives a piston to move to the position of a second communicating hole; and at the moment, air in the corrugated pipe rushes into the first air bag and a second air bag through the second communicating hole, the movable pipe and a first communicating hole, the first air bag and the second air bag are made to expand instantly to generate force resisting the running trolley, the impact force of the running trolley is weakened, and therefore the purpose of preventing the running trolley from being collided and damaged is achieved.
