The invention discloses a transmission method of a closed-loop elevator and the closed-loop elevator. A cage and a balance weight of the closed-loop elevator are both located in a hoistway, the upper end and the lower end of the cage are each provided with a first wheel set, and the upper end and the lower end of the balance weight are each provided with a second wheel set. A ceiling beam is provided with first guide wheel sets, and the hoistway is provided with second guide wheel sets. Traction cables are wound on the first wheel sets, the second wheel sets, the first guide wheel sets and the second guide wheel sets. The strokes of two traction cable sections led out from the upper end of the cage are the same, the strokes of two traction cable sections led out from the lower end of the cage are the same, the strokes of two traction cable sections led out from the upper end of the balance weight are the same, and the strokes of two traction cable sections led out from the lower end of the balance weight are the same. By means of the transmission method, closed-loop transmission is achieved, it is guaranteed that the strokes of the traction cables at the two ends of the cage and the two ends of the balance weight are the same, compensation cables can be omitted when the lifting height is large, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the mass difference of the traction cables on the two sides of a traction wheel is zero, extra load torque is not increased, and energy consumption is effectively reduced.

    本申请公开了闭环式升降机的传动方法以及闭环式升降机,其中,闭环式升降机的吊笼和配重均位于井道内,吊笼的上下端均设置有第一轮组,配重的上下端均设置有第二轮组;天梁上设置有第一导向轮组,井道设置有第二导向轮组;牵引索绕制在第一轮组、第二轮组、第一导向轮组和第二导向轮组上;吊笼上端引出的两段牵引索的行程相同,从吊笼下端引出的两段牵引索的行程相同,配重上端引出的两段牵引索的行程相同,配重下端引出的两段牵引索的行程相同。本传动方法实现闭环传动,保证了吊笼和配重两端牵引索的行程相同,对于较高的提升高度时可以省去补偿索,同时保证牵引绳在曳引轮两侧质量差为零,这样就不会增加额外的负载转矩,有效降低能耗。
