The invention relates to a novel traction belt terminating device, comprising: a supporting plate fixedly arranged; a rod body penetrating in the supporting plate, connected with a traction belt, and provided with a limiting member at the upper end; a supporting body supported above the supporting plate, sleeved outside the rod body, and provided with a cavity inside; a trigger switch connected to the supporting body and making contact with the supporting plate; a first spring sleeved outside the rod body and located between the limiting member and the supporting body; and a second spring located in a cavity of the supporting body and abutting against the position between the top of the cavity and the supporting plate, wherein the elastic force of the second spring is larger than the self weight of the traction belt and larger than the elastic force of the second spring. The novel traction belt terminating device is not affected by fluctuation of the compression amount of the springs, and false alarm of a pre-ejection signal is avoided.
