The invention discloses an elevator and an elevator mounting method. The elevator comprises a hoistway, a ceiling beam, a protective ceiling, a cage, a balance weight, a guide mechanism, a traction cable, a traction machine, a guide wheel, a control cabinet, an accompanying cable and a coded disc. The cage and the balance weight are positioned in the hoistway. The protective ceiling is used for covering the upper end of the hoistway. The traction cable is wound on the traction machine and is connected with the cage and the balance weight. Gravity of the cage and the balance weight acts on a traction wheel of the traction machine through the traction cable, the traction cable and the traction wheel generate friction force through the gravity, the traction cable is driven to move through the friction force, and then the cage and the balance weight are driven to operate up and down alternately. The cage is located in the hoistway, the construction progress is not affected by the external environment, and the cage can be used all the time. An elevator system is additionally provided with the balance weight, and energy consumption of the traction machine is reduced. The traction cable winding ratio can be selected to be 1: 1, 2: 1 or 4: 1 according to the building height, and the system energy consumption is further reduced.

    本申请公开了升降机以及升降机的安装方法,其中,升降机包括井道、天梁、防护天蓬、吊笼、配重、导向机构、牵引索、曳引机、导向轮、控制柜、随行线缆以及码盘;吊笼和配重均位于井道内;防护天蓬用于遮盖井道的上端;牵引索缠绕在曳引机上,连接了吊笼和配重;吊笼和配重的重力通过牵引索作用到曳引机的曳引轮上,依靠重力使牵引索与曳引轮产生摩擦力,通过摩擦力带动牵引索运动,进而带动吊笼和配重上下交互运行。本申请吊笼位于井道内,施工进度不受外部环境的影响,可以一直使用。升降机系统增设配重,降低了曳引机的能量消耗。可根据建筑高度,选择牵引索缠绕比1:1、2:1或4:1,进一步降低系统能耗。
